Every Setting Your Event Could Need

From intimate waterfront terraces to an open-air lawn that holds 3,000 guests, Wai Kai has a space for every type of gathering. All venues include complimentary parking and access to our event coordination team.

The LookOut at Wai Kai

With panoramic ocean views stretching from Diamond Head to West Oahu and a front-row seat to the Wai Kai Wave, The LookOut is a one-of-a-kind setting for celebrations, holiday parties, and business meetings.
Amenities: Full A/V system, main stage with floor-to-ceiling screen, main bar, and flexible mixed seating.
Capacity: 180 seated / 250 reception. Connects to the Wave Deck below for expanded capacity.
Size: 4,000 sq ft

Sessions

An indoor venue at the heart of the property, with panoramic views of the Wai Kai Lagoon and the ocean. Well-suited for intimate gatherings, celebrations, and company trainings.
Amenities: Full A/V system, TV, tables, and chairs.
Capacity: 50 seated / 100 reception
Size: 1,200 sq ft

Wave Deck

Front-row seats to the Wai Kai Wave, with access to the Wave Bar. An ideal gathering space throughout the day and a dramatic backdrop for evening dinners overlooking the surf action.
Amenities: Tables, chairs, umbrellas, and open mingling space.
Capacity: Up to 200 reception. Full buyout available with the Wai Kai Wave and Surfside Cabanas.

Surfside Cabanas

Six private cabanas on the Wave Deck, overlooking the Wai Kai Lagoon and the ocean. A comfortable activity headquarters during the day that transitions into an unforgettable sunset reception space in the evening.
Amenities: Overhead fan, lounge seating. Larger cabanas include a TV.
Capacity: 6 to 8 guests per cabana, depending on size.

Waterfront Cabanas

Five cabanas steps away from the Wai Kai Lagoon, perfect for taking a break from the action with a coffee, cocktail, or a bite to eat.
Amenities: Chairs, table, privacy screens, and access to FOAM Coffee and Bar.
Capacity: Up to 8 guests per cabana.

Waterfront Tent

A 10 x 20 ft tent on the Waterfront, steps from the lagoon activities. A great spot for small groups to enjoy lunch while taking in the Wai Kai Lagoon.
Amenities: Chairs, tables, and access to FOAM Coffee and Bar.
Capacity: Up to 20 guests.

AquaBanas

Floating cabanas with front-row seats to all the lagoon action. A fun and relaxed spot to take a breather, feel the water, and cheer on friends from the comfort of your own cabana. Food and beverage purchased onsite can be enjoyed in the AquaBanas.
Amenities: Covered floating cabana with inflatable seating and table.
Capacity: 8 to 12 guests, depending on size.

Surfside Lawn

A 12,000 sq ft lawn at the heart of the property, with easy access to the Wai Kai Wave, lagoon activities, dining, and parking. A popular choice for daytime gatherings, teambuilding events, and community programming.
Amenities: Two 20 x 20 ft tents with picnic tables, electricity, water, and complimentary parking.

Event Lawn

A 60,000 sq ft open lawn overlooking the Wai Kai Lagoon and the ocean. Designed for large-scale gatherings, celebrations, and festivals, with easy access for guests and event setup.
Amenities: Electricity, water, restroom access, and complimentary parking.
